Terms of Service
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services offered by DumpGo Inc. , including the DumpGo brand. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
This document is a placeholder outline. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel prepare the final terms for your entity, markets, and product.
Description of services
DumpGo connects customers who need junk removal or related hauling services with independent drivers or partner crews. We may provide scheduling, communications, payments facilitation, and software tools. We are not responsible for every aspect of on-site work performed by third parties unless your contracts say otherwise—your counsel should refine this section.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when booking or creating an account. Drivers must meet verification, insurance, and safety requirements we specify in onboarding materials. We may refuse or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Terms for drivers
Drivers who use the DumpGo driver app and accept jobs through the platform are independent service providers. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of DumpGo. DumpGo provides scheduling, payment facilitation, and software tools; on-site hauling and handling are performed by the driver or their crew.
Drivers are solely responsible for damage they cause to a customer’s home or property while performing a job—including walls, floors, doorways, landscaping, fixtures, or belongings—when that damage results from the driver’s acts or omissions. Drivers must work carefully, use appropriate equipment and protection, and follow reasonable practices for moving items on private property.
Drivers may collect and haul only the items and quantities listed on the job in the DumpGo app at the time the customer completed checkout. The scope of work is defined by what appears on the platform for that order, not by verbal side agreements at the curb.
If a customer asks to add items, increase quantities, or change the load after booking, the driver must not take those additional items unless the order has been updated in the app. The customer should contact DumpGo support so support can add or adjust items, confirm pricing, and release an updated job to the driver. Drivers should direct customers to support rather than loading unlisted items.
Loading items that are not listed on the job may affect payout, job completion, or account standing. DumpGo may investigate disputes, adjust payments, or restrict platform access when a driver violates this section or other driver policies.
SMS customer care program
DumpGo offers an optional customer care SMS program for customers who explicitly opt in. Messages may include responses to inquiries, service quotes, appointment scheduling and confirmations, pickup updates, payment-related service notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies.
By checking the separate SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring customer care text messages from DumpGo at that number. Consent to SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. To request assistance, reply HELP or contact DumpGo through our contact page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the services—for example by submitting false job details, harassing crews or staff, attempting to circumvent payment, or using the platform for illegal goods or hazardous materials prohibited by our policies.
Pricing, fees, and payment
Job pricing, cancellation rules, tips, and disposal-related fees should be described here or incorporated by reference to your published price schedule. State how taxes are handled and how disputes over final load size are resolved.
Intellectual property
The DumpGo name, logos, software, and marketing content are owned by DumpGo or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the consumer or driver apps according to these Terms—your counsel should specify restrictions.
Disclaimer of warranties
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS MAY APPLY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DumpGo AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. CAPS ON DIRECT DAMAGES (IF ANY) SHOULD BE SET WITH COUNSEL.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DumpGo and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to limits that counsel may require.
Governing law and disputes
Specify the governing law, venue, and whether disputes go to arbitration or courts. Requirements vary by state and country—this must be tailored.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance—your counsel should confirm the approach.
