Frequently asked questions
Still deciding? These are the questions fleet partners ask most before they install the app.
- What kind of vehicle do I need?
- Most partners run a box truck, stake bed, or similarly enclosed vehicle that can be secured for mixed residential loads. Your registration and insurance must match the truck you operate.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Each job shows your share before you accept. Completed work accrues to your driver balance in the app; withdrawals follow the payout schedule configured in your account.
- Which documents are required?
- Driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle registration are required. Our team reviews uploads in the admin console— you'll see status updates in the app.
- Can I decline jobs?
- Yes. You choose which open hauls fit your route and schedule. There is no penalty for passing on work that does not match your window or vehicle.
- Do customers pay before I roll?
- Customer checkout runs through DumpGo before a job is released to the driver pool, so you are not chasing payment at the curb.
- Where is DumpGo hiring drivers?
- Markets expand over time. Start your profile in the app and we will confirm whether your ZIP is active—or add you to the waitlist for your area.
